I had an excellent experience with Next Medical Florida! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about my health and well-being. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, with very little wait time. The team was knowledgeable, compassionate, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding care. I truly appreciated the personalized attention and the positive atmosphere. Lillian at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She speaks to patients in a condescending way and comes across as though she’s better than everyone else. Every other staff member in the office has been kind and helpful, but my experiences with Lillian have been consistently negative. Her communication and customer service skills are not appropriate for someone working directly with patients. She needs to treat both new and returning patients with more respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my interactions with her have gotten to the point where I genuinely dread coming to this office because I know I’ll likely have to deal with her.

I highly recommend Dr. Ruiz and the entire team! I drive an hour just to come here for treatment, and it is absolutely worth it. Dr. Ruiz is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, and always makes me feel well cared for. I’m very happy with the treatment and the excellent service I receive every time. Definitely worth the drive!

Everyone is professional, upbeat, and genuinely cares about your recovery. The therapists and staff pay close attention to detail, thoroughly explain every exercise and treatment plan, and make sure you understand exactly what you’re doing so you can get the best results possible. They take the time to answer questions, encourage you throughout the process, and create an environment that feels more like family than a medical office. The level of care, knowledge, and compassion they provide is outstanding. Not only are they great at what they do, but they’re also truly great people, and that makes all the difference in the healing process.
