My first visit I felt like they were thorough and truly cared but after my last visit I will not be returning. I was made to come in to sign a paper that “ I forgot to sign during intake” basically it was because I cancelled an appointment because I couldn’t afford to come and was told that if I missed another appointment I would be cancelled as a client. While I understand chiropractic is important because I’m not new to it sometimes life happens and you have to shift things around and put your body last. I felt like I was just another customer paying their bills vs them actually caring because the chiropractor not once asked how I was doing it was sign this, cancel again and don’t come back so that’s what I’ll be doing. I won’t be back and recommend you not going there there’s plenty of other good chiropractors in Palatka.

Happy with my care here. They take my insurance but they also have a price plan that is not expensive. Others in the area either don’t take any insurance or price you to death. The doctor takes his time with me if I have any concerns or questions. The staff is so nice and friendly.
