After being involved in a very serious car accident where I was hit by a semi-truck, I was referred to St. Germain Chiropractic in Dr. Phillips, and I’m so grateful that I found them. From the very beginning, Dr. Amanda has been absolutely incredible. What I appreciate most is that she genuinely cares about her patients and is truly invested in helping us heal, recover, and make meaningful progress. You can tell that she doesn’t just treat you and send you on your way—she takes the time to understand what you’re experiencing and works with you throughout your recovery. After my accident, I was in an incredible amount of pain and had significant difficulty walking properly, especially on the right side of my body. My mobility was affected, and everyday movements became challenging. As I continued treatment, I began noticing a real difference in how my body felt. Little by little, I started experiencing improvement, better mobility, and less discomfort. I’m still actively healing and continue to receive regular treatment, but I’m extremely grateful for the care and support I’ve received throughout this process. Dr Rachel Rupsingh is a wonderful chiropractor she’s very caring and her staff is awesome! My daughter even loves coming here. I love how everyone is welcoming it’s definitely a warm and professional environment. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

I want to compliment Dr. Rachel. I had an accident and a lot of friend recommended me about her , I was afraid to go because I had never had such treatment. Dr. Rachel was patient with me, explained everything from start to finish, always made sure I understood everything and monitored my progress, always patiently answered any questions I had and any concerns I had. Been seeing Dr. Rachel Rupsingh for a while now and honestly can't complain about a single thing. She actually listens instead of just rushing you in and out, and I'm genuinely seeing progress with my PT since I started. Staff is super friendly too.
