I initially did a review and then I proceeded to delete it. Hoping that they would work hard on actually helping their patients. Well that was a huge mistake. I have been going to this place since November decemberish of last year of 2025. It is July 2026. I have been trying to get my Botox for my migraines since then. They recently just put in my prior authorization and sent it to the insurance company but they put my wrong diagnosis. I have status migraines with Aura. I have HEMAPLGIC MIGRAINES yet they put I do not have status migraines or an aura so then my insurance denied it. Do they not pay attention to their patients? I'm in extreme pain. I have failed 7 to 10 medications. I've done an occipital block. I have done trigger point injections nothing's working but nope let's not take the time and actually care about our people. If I could give them less than one Star I would . do not go here. Please if you have to go out of the county go somewhere else. I've never felt so uncared for in a medical professional setting. Mind you, I am a professional medical provider I would never treat anyone like this.

Everyone that I have encountered at this practice has been very nice and pleasant to deal with. However, every single appointment, whether it was a procedure or a follow-up, has been rescheduled for one reason or another. Previously, I had a follow up scheduled for 7:30am so I wouldn't have to miss work. They called and told me that the provider's next appt wasn't until 10:30am, so they needed me to come in later because they couldn't have a gap in the schedule. Today's appt for an injection was rescheduled because the equipment is down and currently being repaired. I was told if it is fixed today, they still couldn't see me because the doctor has already left. This was at 9am, on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I'm already frustrated from being in so much pain and now have to be rescheduled again and wait yet another week. Once I get in the office, everything is great, but getting in there has been a nightmare! Thank goodness I have a job that is willing to be flexible with me.

I have been going there since May and every month I go there I let them know what they have prescribed for me is not helping I have had to go to the emergency twice since seeing them every paper I fill out I let them know where the pain the tingling the shooting stabbing I have serious spinal issues they've never addressed I am 63 years old first time on pain medication and what they're giving me is not helping so unfortunately one day I was in such excruciating pain I took two unauthorized pills which came up in my urine test and Dr Bakshi scurried in told me this will be the last month that I get pain medication because something of malpractice he could face he didn't address the issue he didn't address why I did it he didn't address anything and he's scurried out just as quick as he's scurried in but wants me to come back for what reason what I come back you haven't helped reduce my pain and for 4 months I've been telling you this and nobody addresses it until I self medicate and take two pills to feel better and some relief. This place is a joke they don't help.

The procedures recommended and used for me work for me.. I seem to go pain free for at least 5 months. Will continue to use this clinic.

Dr. Mascaro’s treatments for my chronic pain have been more effective and longer lasting than those I received from previous pain medicine practitioners. Plus, he has a great bedside manner. He is attentive to the patient, listens, and explains every step of the way when performing a treatment, which goes a long way to ease anxiety. The staff there are all wonderful — kind, competent and respectful.
