I came to Dr. Blair for a bad case of a herniated disk that was putting pressure on S2 nerves that went down my legs,I experienced excruciating pain in my lower back and my left leg for months during pregnancy and postpartum. My OB and my PCP referred me to a spine specialist who said my only options were injections (annually) or surgery . Thank god I found Dr. Blair before I signed up for either! Dr. Blair recommended spinal decompression and just after a few sessions the pain in my leg went away and with consistent sessions the pain in my back has gotten so much better . My quality of life has improved and I am thankful to Dr. Blair and her team for that! Their office is very flexible with appointments and they try go accommodate the patient’s needs. I drive an hour to get to their office but it is SO worth it ! Ps: female chiropractics are not easy to find , let alone finding a great one ! HIGHLY recommend!

Dr Blair is awesome! She has helped with my back/legs so much, before and after my back surgery. She is so personable & friendly. She gets to know you as a person not just another patient. I’ve been seeing her for almost 6 years & wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Blair is amazing! I was so worried about having pain after getting adjusted like I did with past doctors but her approach to therapy alongside adjustments and her aftercare explanation was exceptional. I went from a 11 pain scale to about a 4-5 in a few months and I feel confident she can get me to a place of comfort. Highly recommend.

I love Dr. Blair and her staff!! I have been seeing Dr. Blair for 20+ years for my chiropractic care. Recently, I added her dry needling treatment and it is amazing! I sleep so much better afterwards. I highly recommend a visit!!
